Description
The specimen shows a patchy thick exudate over the outer part of each hemisphere.
History
This patient presented with a parafalcime meningioma which was removed; in the
postoperative period he died from bronchopneumonia and the meningitis observed here was
apparently confined to the cerebellar hemispheres.
